Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10-15 business days to ship.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your items. All T-Shirt & Sweatshirt orders are printed after you order.

For large bulk orders please allow us 2-3 weeks to prepare/ship your order depending on the size of the order.

Processing time frame is needed to gather, assemble, customize, and package your order properly, regardless of the shipping method that is selected at the time of check out (exceptions to this are orders with the paid rush fee).

Weekends and Holidays are NOT INCLUDED in the processing time frame provided. Shipping time with the shipping couriers (USPS/UPS) starts after this processing timeframe which may take 2-8 days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. This time frame does not account for shipping delays on the carriers behalf.

Domestic shipping times are 5-7 business days via USPS/UPS. For reference, orders will ship from Boston, MA.

Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm (EST) will start processing the following Monday. 

Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. Tracking information will begin delivering upon dispatch of your order. You will receive your tracking number via the email you place your order through. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you’re unable to find your dispatch email. Resiliently Bold is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the USPS/UPS.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen, or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.

While we may not always use all 7 business days to get your order prepared and shipped out to you, it is important that you keep this policy in mind.

International Shipping 

International shipping prices may vary by territory. See Shipping choices by carrier in check-out.

International orders do not include duties and taxes. Fees will be due upon retrieval.
